Look I was thinking about that things you told me about your job.
I got the conclusion that the best thing you should do is quit the job, you are still young, plenty of opportunities will come to your life yet.
Let's face the facts, you are besotted with him but this on-off relationship with your boss are not going to take you anywhere. You have been working more but your salary is still the same, he promises you that promotion which probably will never happen and your coworkers are gossiping and laughing about you behind your back.
I didn't tell mom and dad about this, they don't know anything, so you can feel comfortable to deal with the situation and no one else needs to know about it.
Try to think about this, okay? I'm worried about you, you used to be bright and a fun-loving girl, and these last days you are not being the same.
You know you can count on me for whatever it is.

Gui, this is a great post - really good advice and written in a natural, fluent, friendly and familiar style that is appropriate for a reply to a family member (though you don't need to sign off so formally -it's your sister)
